Office address is: 195 W Lancaster Avenue, Paoli PA 19301. Approximately 0.5 miles east of Paoli Hospital you’ll spot a large blue sign, “Hayes Physical Therapy,” facing Route 30. There is a parking lot behind the building. You’ll find my office inside on the second floor. There is a sign outside of Suite 2 which reads, “Integrated Healing Center.” You’ll see my name/credentials on it. Upon entering the facility, you will see a sign which directs you to the waiting area. My treatment room is at the end of the long hallway just beyond the waiting area.
